Pros: GNU Public License (V3) - ie. free to use, change, and share this software lot of features work by project - ie. working several sample at the same time speed - once variant/vcf are imported in the database possibility to save intermediate state while filtering processe

Cons : not user friendly - no GUI, only command line space consumming - all db used for the analyse (like hg19) are imported on the user computer user alone - no simple way to share work with other users, or to reuse filters set in another project not for Windows - only available for MacOS and Linux
