license mismatch

thank you for making this software available.
I have analysed the package and found a license mismatch. The LICENSE file contains the text of the LGPL-3.0 but the files in the src directory carry the statement:

• Software License Agreement (GPLv3 License)

Can you please clarify the license under which the software can be used? Is it LGPL-3.0 or GPL-3.0?

Sorry for the mismatch. I'm not an expert at all about licenses. As you comment the license we are using is LGPL-3.0, so you don't have to publish your source code when using SRF. In any case, we will appreciate if you mention the authorship and reference to our paper(s) on your project page.

SPDX-License-Identifier: LGPL-3.0

in the source files or shall I do a PR?
