[3] Add Helm Charts for APIM with Analytics
[4] Create Helm resources for pattern-2
[5] Remove existing resources for building Kubernetes platform specific Docker images
[6] Provide instructions on how to introduce additional configurations and binaries for a deployment pattern

Kubernetes: v1.6.0 or later
Docker: v17.09.0 or later
