This PR adds a Grafana panel to the nwaku monitoring system to track remaining RLN proofs per epoch. For example, if each node can generate a maximum of 100 proofs per epoch, this panel enables users to monitor the number of proofs left in the current epoch, providing clearer insights into proof capacity.
