HORME (Handler for the Observable Rotating Motion of the Encephalos) is a toolbox which allows to show a 3D image of the brain, which is manually inspectable by rotating it.
HORME allows to display the eventually used set of electrodes. These electrodes, in black by default, can also be highlighted, by choosing which of them have to be colored in red, and which of them in blue.
Optionally, this toolbox is also able to show the labels associated to each electrode.
Another functionality is the possibility to link pairs of electrodes.
These links can also be colored in order to represent an intensity, or provide some more meaningful representation.
For any doubt, you can consult the toolbox wiki.
