enabled a new examples directory.
- these examples are set up as NPM workspaces into two subdirectories: native and react
- the example's dev server is powered by vite
renamed the old examples dir to examples-v6
- TODO: refactor concepts to latest trellis version and remove from repo bc they no longer work
