Investigate using fiscal hosts such as OpenCollective to for receive sponsorships (e.g. GitHub sponsors)

Emailed with Kate Stewart and asked if we can use financial hosts - we OK to get sponsorships via multiple ways (OpenCollective, LFX, ACT, etc.).

Not that ORT is part of ACT is registered under is 501c6 - this is something commonly asked in the forms when joining a financial host

Next topic is to look into OpenCollective - open questions include:
