Sorry I didn't notice this. I haven't really been very active on my personal GitHub in quite some time. Perhaps if I find some time I'll upgrade this all the way to .NET Core 3. |

Updated TargetFramework to
netcoreapp2.0.Updated all NuGet packages to their latest versions.
I tested this out with one site and was able to do everything successfully.
I'm thinking of using this project and turning it into a middleware layer to use within and Asp.Net Core MVC site. Would you want a PR with those changes if I'm able to get it working?
