Goal or desired outcome of this feature
Whenever there are tags in the kanban lane header, they will be added to any newly created items in that lane
Describe the feature
If any tags are added to any lane header in a kanban board
they will not be visible when not actively editing the header
and the tags will be automatically appended to any new list items
