This is a document attempts to collect a set of requirements for a global registry of attribute types for use in claims-based protocols. It is provided in the Internet Draft format.

Who is doing this?

This work was inspired by a discussion in the ISOC identity ecosystem workshops in Amsterdam and Washington DC. Primary stuckees with trying to capture requirements are Leif Johansson (NORDUnet), Heather Flanagan (ISOC) and James Clark (OASIS).  The name of the document reflects standards for documents in the IETF individual submissions track.
