The Community Add-on nRF52 Board Support Package is an extension to Adafruit's nRF52 Arduino Core.
The Adafruit nRF52 Board support package only includes Adafruit's boards. Although the bootloader repository has several more boards included, for the simple reason that they won't support boards they don't have, they will not add any boards from the community. This Board Support Package is a clone of Adafruit's BSP and will be kept up to date on releases. It however includes 3rd party boards and 3rd party tools that are not included in Adafruit's nRF52 Core.
