Time-based photography

Installation:

1. clone
2. pip install -r requirements
3. brew install ffmpeg (macOS)

Description:

Remade version with less processing from original repo (https://github.com/hbajohr/time-based-photography)

• Add video file in 01_input
• in tbp_main.py specify file_name to name of file added
• run tbp_main.py
