create-vm 2.0 - Added support for cloud-init

This release replaces ISO and kickstart files with cloud images and cloud-init files, so it now works with any Linux distro that supports cloud-init.

This release also uses QCOW2 files for VM images and uses the cloud images as base files, so VMs occupy far less space on your hard drive and deploy almost instantaneously.
