Please unsubscribe from this PR - it is a testing branch and will be noisy.

This adds the ok_recipe again as a PR to the ok_recipe branch. This does not initially conflict, but will conflict after being proposed. As such, this will have an incorrect merge ref but will not be mergeable. This PR should always end up in conflict.

For recipes/good_recipe:

• The recipe must have some tests.
• license_file entry is missing, but is required.
• Please do not delete the example recipe found in recipes/example/meta.yaml.

For recipes/good_recipe:

• License is not an SPDX identifier (or a custom LicenseRef) nor an SPDX license expression.

Documentation on acceptable licenses can be found here.
