TESTING BRANCH: Added a conflicting ok recipe

Please unsubscribe from this PR - it is a testing branch and will be noisy.

This adds the ok_recipe again as a PR to the ok_recipe branch. As such, this conflicts immediately and will not be mergeable initially so has no merge ref. This is good for testing handling of that case. This PR must remain in conflict always to be useful in testing (i.e. have no merge ref).
