Edit course notification

Show statements when an editor enables to edit courses.

Once this plugin is installed, you can set statements in Site administration > Plugins > Local plugins > Edit course notification When the statements are set up, the statement will be appeared when the editor enables to edit courses. Showing the same statements for all courses.
