This PR builds on #99 and is related to #92
Metadata (sidecar) support is now offered for PET data, though additional testing (ideally by PET researchers) will be needed to ensure things work properly. Additionally, users may now edit metadata on the Dataset Review review page (applies to
perf/aslandperf/m0scan) as well.
