原来的index.html和index.php中导入了jquery.min.js等静态资源，但是使用了Bootstrap的CDN。介于此前Bootstrap发生过CDN”投毒“事件，故把Bootstrap CDN换成字节跳动静态资源库CDN（其实AdGuard这边也直接拦截掉了Bootstrap的链接，导致部分使用了AdGuard的用户无法正常访问本站，换成字节的CDN就不会出现这种情况了）
