It detects cudnn lib path automatically, right? I am using v4.5.0 with torch 2.4.0+cu121 and cudnn 9 and I had to add lib path manually for ctranslate2 to work. I hope this PR will solve this issue.

Is this for all platforms or builds or what not or just linux?

It only adds the cudnn library to the ctranslate2 package. I haven't yet found an option to add the rpath for ctranslate2.
