* **EnergyProvider Enum** - Add `FixedPriceWeekly` to the `EnergyProvider` enum in `EnergyProvider.cs`. * **Program.cs** - Add support for `FixedPriceWeekly` provider. - Bind `FixedPriceWeeklyOptions` and add `FixedPriceWeeklyService`. * **FixedPriceWeeklyOptions** - Create `FixedPriceWeeklyOptions` class with properties for `TimeZone` and `Prices`. * **FixedPriceWeeklyService** - Create `FixedPriceWeeklyService` class to handle weekly prices. - Implement parsing and handling of weekly prices. * **FixedPriceWeeklyServiceTests** - Create `FixedPriceWeeklyServiceTests` class. - Add tests for parsing and handling weekly prices.

The FixedPriceWeekly provider is a variant on the FixedPrice provider which allows you to set fixed pricing per time of day, but also per day of week and any combination of that.
