Since Oidn:1.2.4 `version.h` was renamed to `config.h` RenderKit/oidn@a0a5cbe

We are not using Oidin v1.2.4 (we use v1.2.1) nor we support that version so I'm putting this on hold until when we upgrade our used version. |

Moved 1.2.2 to an extra file, as we still need it for luxcorerender to build. LuxCoreRender/LuxCore#482 (comment) Also build with python3.
