Last update following Open Nuvoton Folder structure

The template example for 16kb and 32kb works on windows. On Linux only the 32kb works. From this point on, the directory structure will be changed to have a single copy of files to change for the porting. To keep the compatibility and ease of updated, a separated repo was created at this point.
