PlayacarHomes is a project aimed at creating a comprehensive platform for managing real estate properties in Playacar, a beautiful resort community in Mexico. The project utilizes modern web development technologies to provide a user-friendly interface for property owners, agents, and potential buyers to interact and access relevant information.

• Property Listing: Users can easily list their properties for sale or rent, providing detailed descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.

Icebox

• Property Search: Potential buyers and renters can browse through the available properties using various filters such as location, price range, number of bedrooms, and more.
• User Authentication: Secure user authentication system is implemented, allowing property owners and agents to manage their accounts and access personalized features.
• Messaging System: A built-in messaging system facilitates communication between property owners, agents, and interested buyers, enabling inquiries and negotiations.
• Favorites and Saved Searches: Users can save their favorite properties and search criteria, making it convenient to revisit and track potential options.
• Interactive Maps: The project integrates interactive maps, providing a visual representation of property locations and nearby amenities like beaches, golf courses, and shopping centers.
• Property Analytics: Property owners and agents have access to analytics tools, offering insights on property performance, user engagement, and market trends.

Installation:

1. Clone the repository: git clone https://github.com/Dujota/PlayacarHomes.git
2. Install dependencies: npm install
3. Start the server: npm start
4. Access the application in your browser: http://localhost:3000
