Fix item details card height
Description::
This pull request resolves the issue of inconsistent height in the item details card, ensuring a visually harmonious presentation. Along the way, I've also tackled a missing translation in the dashboard for the "no items found" text, providing a more complete and localized experience. Additionally, I've improved the loading UI on the items page Carousel by adjusting colors for a more consistent and polished look. I would greatly appreciate your feedback on these changes.
