Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; name * defined multiple times with different content #57

Recently imported articles show the above error, even if references are used only once. The reason for that is that the syntax we use is not the syntax required. I think we should go for the specs in
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Cite/en#Separating_references_from_text .

@Daniel-Mietchen can I get some doi's for these articles? I think this is fixed but would like to test.

changed escaped angle brackets in refs to unescaped, Seems to have solved some problems. Still need to clarify the spec for reference list code. A list of reference #'s is being created and the rendered reference list is always being placed after any other text in the article, e.g., see "Dopamine Inhibits Mitochondrial Motility in Hippocampal Neurons" /Pone.0002804 https://en.wikisource.org/w/index.php?title=Wikisource:WikiProject_Open_Access/Programmatic_import_from_PubMed_Central/Sandbox&oldid=6423285
