1、这个组件当前只能支持到client v2，使用新版的etcd需要在启动etcd的时候开启v2接口兼容ETCD_ENABLE_V2=true 或者 --enable-v2=true。
2、v3版本的存储库和v2版本的存储库物理分离，所以使用v3版本客户端上传的数据不能在v2接口中使用。

搞了一个外部代理，将etcdv3的接口代理为etcdv2的接口，并兼容了upsync需要的格式：
