同一个服务有两个集群，分别注册到各自所在的consul集群中，目前只能拿到其中一个集群中注册的服务，nginx只能调度到当前获取到的service，如何能通过此模块同时获取两个集群中的service并调度

不行；两个集群，consul 是独立的，nginx 为什么不是独立的呢
