upsync_lb 和 upstream 本身的 hash 是如何协同的？

如果配置 hash $remote_addr consistant; 需要同时配置 upsync_lb hash_katama; 是为什么？

其他算法要如何正确配置？文档里只有一句 mainly for xxxxx 实在是太简洁了哈。
