Environment:

Operating System: Darwin
Node Version: v20.10.0
Package Manager: [email protected]

Reproduction:

Describe the bug:

I opened the devtools and clicked on "Pages" menu and got this error in console:

I think it probably makes sense to hide "Pages" menu if there are no routes
