Branch cleanup

Not that is very important or even necessary but I think an old and stale branches cleanup would be beneficial for this component.

I find master branch presence a bit disturbing since it seems the main branch but now is main

maybe one day we could just mark those that need to stay and just make a cleanup. Only a suggestion of course not that it bothers me!
