Highlights

This month’s meeting was especially productive, with representation from several UXL members, including ARM, Codeplay, Fujitsu, IBM, Imagination, Intel, and Qualcomm. Attendees considered an important proposal (the oneMKL domain split), and a consensus agreement was reached to proceed with the split. It was a good early exercise of the working group’s decision-making collaboration. Thanks to everyone for participating.

  • Rod Burns & Romain Biessy: Discuss offline the potential forming of a subgroup focused on the oneMKL interface domain split for detailed planning and coordination.

Decisions/Agreements Made:

  • General consensus to advance with the oneMKL interface domain split, recognizing that implementation specifics need clarification and detailing.
  • Decided to integrate the project migrations to the UXL Organization on GitHub in coordination with the domain split effort for efficiency and better resource allocation.
