This seems to be available now in these platforms. Can we generate standard test data from CLDR?

Our friend @ben-allen has been working on a test suite for the JS version. We can hopefully take his tests and use them here in Unicode Conformance.

We could add something for ICU4C/J/X. I've also asked if the API will soon be available in NodeJS.

How do we check with @ben-allen re: tests?
