This is intentional, though maybe the UI could be improved.

It feels a little unexpected, one asks themselves 'where are these files actually coming from?' until they realise it's just a past pad they navigated to that polluted their other pads.

I guess I'd ask: Should something uploaded to one instance of the pad be immediately available to all other instances site-wide?
