Not that I discourage seeing Pomodoro patched and updated, but: anyone
can download XCode from the App store. It is free. If you build an app
yourself, you can run it, even without a developer certificate.
I just built Pomodoro for Mavericks using the free XCode 5.0.2 from the App Store. Notification Center notifications work fine here. I had to dig into the archive contents to find the .app, but it seems to be working.
