Some parts missing in BOM vD1

Hello,
In BOM vD1, some parts are missing:

• P4
• JP6
• C22
• R14

Edit:
C22 and R14 are used only with SMD MAP sensor (U4).

I checked over the BOM, and the parts you are referring to are header pins and jumpers. That said some of the parts are a bit out of date with what I currently ship with the kits I send out. I'll try to get this updated soon. I will not be updating the BOMs for the old versions though.
