TLS/SSL Error Invoking Sidetree REST API #518

I'm getting the following TLS/SSL error when trying to invoke the Sidetree REST API at http://localhost:48326/document.

Client sent an HTTP request to an HTTPS server.

Could this be related to the docker-proxy service? I can't seem to resolve the issue...
