The icon of igniter in the control center doesn't match other icons

In both cases, the color of the trojan is grayer and the boundary is more blurry.

@whenov Good question, I'm aware of the problem. I guess it is greyer just because I forget to check the alpha values of the png file. And for the blurry boundary, we need to introduce the VectorDrawable to load the icon from a vector image.

@whenov The good news is, I actually edited the current icon in svg format. There is a copy in trojan-gfw/logo, the transparent_white.svg.
