Cannot run commands with multiple parameters

auto-fix-command can only be a string, which doesn't permit running commands that require multiple arguments, like explicitly listing the config file. This makes the mode unusable for use if the config file is in non-standard location, or the linter requires extra options to be passed to work properly.
