Update to PHPUnit 11.x, can be that this cannot be done before dropping support for PHP 8.1. That depends on if PHPUnit 11.x is backwards compatible with 10.x, so that tests are still working when installing on PHP 8.1 with PHPUnit 10.x

Blocker:

  • TYPO3 Testing Framework 8.0 don't support PHPUnit 11.x
  • PHPUnit 11.x doesn't support 8.1
