Theme Generator

Hello,
I'm wondering what it would take to include a generate-theme function to moosh? I'm supporting a multi-tenant Moodle installation and, it would be great to be able to spin up a new theme for each portal/client, possibly with customization options. Or else, it could be as simple as just being able to quickly duplicate an existing theme. It just seems like there is a lot of tedious sifting through theme files to find places to change code and other text, in order to duplicate a theme. Something to make this process automatic would be magic.
