Mailnag is forked. Let there be Mailnagger! #1

Since Mailnag has been long time inactive, I made a fork.

I renamed the fork to Mailnagger to make it clear that this is fork.

The first version, 2.2.1, of Mailnagger contains some fixes and Mainag pull request, which makes to Mailnagger work better on Python 3.12.

I hope I can keep Mailnag alive as a Mailnagger for a while. Work continues...
