允许超速启动模式根据筛选器加载关键条目 #48

因为目前还没有字段表，所以可能还需要在完整模式才启动一次，然后用另一个表记录筛选结果的条目的行ID。

或者根据筛选期结果重新排序，把他们都排到最后面去。就在完整打开的时候才触发。这还得定期执行，不然又会被新增的条目给顶掉。但这需要把行整体平移，感觉性能损耗大，也不大现实。

或者用一个下拉框直接允许搜索和选中某些行外加载，这样性能高就是用户会觉得麻烦一点，不过这样也用一个表来存，基本等价于跑筛选器然后自动的填这个表。

可以在 wiki 内设置，跑完筛选器的结果允许一键填入替换设置内容。类似 #11
