Feature Request: Generate TOC across multiple md docs

Hi

I have a doc project consisting of many markdown pages. Would it be possible to generate a big table of contents, so readers have an easy way to navigate all the documentation? For example, I would like the top level README to link to the 4 other markdown files shown in the structure below.

  • ./Develop/README.md
  • ./Deployment/README.md
  • ./Testing/README.md
• ContributionStds.md
  ...
