The purpose of this task is to create a full fledged header for the site. As per the issue #27 , The header needs to have the following things

Sections Screen: Mobile Screen : Tablet and Desktop
Logo true true
Title true true
Subtitle true true
Tabs false - Should be in drawer true
Contributor Title false - Should be in About page true
Contributor Icons false - Should be in About page true

If I am missing anything, please let me know.
