Create TKE nodepool with new non-exist tag throws error #1842

Create tencentcloud_kubernetes_node_pool with new (non-exist) tag, throws error msg:

[TencentCloudSDKError] Code=InvalidParameter.Param, Message=PARAM_ERROR(mytag:new-value is a pair of invalid tags), RequestId=xxxxxxx"

Got this error only recently, previously new tags were auto-created while creating nodepools.
