I went to https://steemitwallet.com/@steem.chat/settings
Logged in with active key.
Changed profile picture url and cover image url (by uploading new photos) previous was hosted on gyazo so it's easy to spot, changed display name (capitalized Chat), filled in (previously empty) "About".

(I was logged off which is annoying but not the point of this issue)

After refreshing above url I can see all old settings in both form fields and profile header except for profile picture, which is new (despite form filed being filled with old value).
It's already 20 mintues since I've made changes.

Ctrl+F5 used in Chorme browser. Irrelevant. Same issue in fresh Firefox ESR instance.

Confirmed.
Also, after refresh, if you log in again, then the new data appears. Refresh, you get logged out and old data shows up.

If then you navigate to another page, the new data is showing, but the old data still shows again once you go back to the settings page (when logged out).

Could it be a cache in Redis or MySQL?

Problem is that hivemind does not update the account entry when the metadata is updated: steemit/hivemind#207

One workaround is to edit a post or vote on your own post/comment to trigger an account update. Otherwise it may take several hours on its own.
