There is a serious login issue on SteemitWallet.com

And as far as I know, it only happens when someone uses their Active Key instead of their Master Password, but it makes it incredibly difficult for newcomers to change their Profile settings (about, name, location, link, photo, cover section).

  • After logging in on SteemitWallet.com with a person's active key, the page doesn't load sometimes and has to be refreshed by clicking in the URL field of Google Chrome and pressing Enter (the refresh button doesn't always fix it)

  • The problem is that it then logs out the user who refreshed the page (if they logged in with their active key) and usually continues logging out with each following login before finally working.

  • Then, if it finally refreshes successfully, with the user finally being able to log in to their Steem wallet with their active key, the user is then logged out again if they click on "Settings".

  • Again, the user would need to relogin if they got logged out and these two issues, the issue of the page not loading sometimes when logging in with the active key, and being logged out after refreshing and clicking on settings makes it difficult, especially for novices to even set up their profile correctly.

SUMMARY:

In order to login properly to the Steemit Wallet with an active key it takes me at least 3 to 4 times of having to login in again and sometimes more than that. This is a serious issue since DAPPs like 3speak.online recommends that people use their active key instead of their master password.

Please fix this so that the onboarding efforts of SteemPress.io, Steem.com.ph and others is not in vain. Thank you.
