Profile settings are moving back to condenser; remove this feature from the wallet.

All the fields here https://github.com/steemit/wallet/blob/273fd23458ec1459e34d735a14053bd33f5f5e19/src/app/components/modules/Settings.jsx can be removed, except for Language.

Base branch: bridge-api

Condenser side: steemit/condenser#3339
