COVID Cost-effectiveness Analysis

This repository contains the technical documentation for the cost-effectiveness analysis of COVID-19 Vaccination Strategies in the Western Pacific Region

Code authorship

The code in this repository was primarily written by Edifofon Akpan and Yingying Wang.

Instructions

This repository also contains code to conduct cost-effectiveness analysis, as part of work examining cost-effectiveness of boosting allocations

This code here takes in model outputs from epidemic simulations, which are already stored in the /data folder.

To produce the plots in the main paper, run 2_Plots_Paper.R; the plots are saved in /plots folder.
