toYaml function in Marshall lib we use is automatically wrapping some lines when they are too long.

New yaml libs don't do this but I tried to swap out the libraries quick and that led to a host of other issues. This is solvable with new libs but it will take some work with a custom Marshaller. We have been able to work around this presently but it will continue to be an annoyance if not fixed. These line wraps break older versions of helm and some other templating applications.
